No. Most properties start with one product, such as visitor codes or service-charge billing, and switch on others later. Residents, staff and units are set up once and shared by every product you add.
A resident or employee creates a one-time six-digit code in the app and shares it with their visitor on WhatsApp or SMS. Security checks the code at the gate, and walk-in visitors sign in at a reception kiosk instead.
Staff can only punch in inside the workplace geofence. Each punch is checked again on the server, with a live selfie and checks that block GPS spoofing apps, rooted or jailbroken phones and emulators.
No. The Attendance app reads location only at the moment an employee punches in or out. There is no background location tracking.
Yes. With Resimate Payments, residents see their bills, pay online and download receipts. With Resimate Utilities, they buy electricity and water units for their smart meter and see how long their balance will last.
Attendance punches are saved securely on the phone and sync automatically when the connection returns. The visitor kiosk also keeps signing visitors in offline and updates the records once it is back online.
